Cisco Unified Communications

When you watch this video, you’ll realize this is only the beginning of a new era of a communication. Cisco is always known for creating technologies that people haven’t seen them before. And they always have a way to surprise people with new tech gadgets. After watching this video, a person can control any way they communicate. They can even control what they’re children do with playing or doing any activities that they shouldn’t be doing; it makes jobs for parents a lot easier. And troubleshooting a problem right away is always a dream for consumers with a product. It is also good for companies, because they can improve their productivity.

  1. This video representation of future communication technology was fascinating. The phrase, “having your dog fixed” has a whole new meaning for this proposed future companion! Seriously though, it is very interesting to think that scientists and design artists could develop a future companion pet that can both play and work with people. Can your imagine how beneficial to society it would be to have guide dogs and police dogs that never die, don’t have to be walked or fed, don’t bite and are programmed to perform very specific functions? “Scraps” would be a huge technological advance from the popular Gigapets of the 1990’s. Do you recall those little electronic pets that sounded an electronic alarm when it was time to feed them and they died if you didn’t feed them?
Cisco combined current digital and video artwork to propose benefits that the future of communication technology may bring to families. Some of the interesting concepts that the Cisco video proposed for the future of communication are rapid data sharing from all over the globe, software that automatically translates foreign languages to eliminate language barriers and virtual house calls that repair devices by remote access. I have no doubt that these communication concepts will someday be part of our lives.
